Local Heroes Burgers in Auburn

Cute little joint in a cute little town. This burger does not disappoint. I ate here on a whim and I'm so glad I did. I'll certainly be coming back when I'm in the area again.

Absolutely phenomenal! Every time I come here it gets better and better. The service is amazing, the people are amazing and they treat you like you're family. The restaurant is always clean and in great condition. It keeps me and my family coming back. Even a simple "Hero" burger is tasty and delicious! #fanforlife

At the first moment you step in this place the stuff gives you an excellent feeling. Very warm stuff, it is a friendly restaurant to enjoy with buddies or with your date. very good cuisine, skillful chef de cuisine, good cost and generous service. Highly recommended.

Well it was awesome! Burger was great!, Root beer float great! Chili fries great! Shared one medium Burger and still couldn't eat it all. Staff was wonderful. No fast food place but made great food fast. Will be back first time there

Fantastic burgers, amazing fries, and delicious shakes, I highly recommend coming here, you won’t regret it! It can be a little pricey and occasionally the wait times can be a little annoying, but most of the time isn’t an issue, but eve when it is, its still100% worth it. Go make your day a little better and grab a burger from this place, and if you’re feeling adventurous, try the pickle fries, always tasty.

Eaten here three times. Excellent burger choices and interesting items like Mac and cheese bites with guoda, sweet potato fries. Can be busy, but most local gems are.

We tried the double hero and pickle fries...💜♥️ Both were absolutely delicious!! I'm picky about my burgers but no complaints here. The pickle fry potion was extremely generous! We'll be back for sure 👍

My uncle said we had to try it because he had a spectacular burger,well I have to say he was right it was delicious I had the bacon cheddar and fries everything was good the cook was totally awesome to chat with while we ordered

Great black bean burgers. Nice vegetarian options for a burger joint, but also the traditional single, double, triple burger, chicken sandwich, fries, etc.

This is a great place to enjoy a beer and burger. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. They have local beers on tap. They do close at 8 pm. Which is earlier than the majority of businesses in the area.

This place has one of the best garden burgers I have ever had. This burger spot was on our way home from a nice day of hiking. Loved the food, especially their fried pickles and the fact they are pet friendly. It's a small menu but great food.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! I laugh at the folks that line up at In and Out, what a joke. I order the same burger and fry combo two times a week minimum. So freaking good.They do have a plexi glass window now for crazy people.

Great food! It's pricey for what you're getting. It's a restaurant style burger with a restaurant style price. They got beer on tap and great sweet potato fries. Wife loves the shakes too. But if you're in a hurry don't bother. Food takes a long time because they make it fresh. Again good food but expensive for sure. I know they donate some of their profits too so maybe it's a great way to give back by eating a big burger.

Definitely one of the best burger joints around Auburn. If you're really hungry you should try the Big Eddy! 4 patties, 4 slices of cheese etc

My friend's been say'n this is the best burger in auburn, so today we went by at lunch, he wasn't kidding, I I have to say that I totally agree. I got the Malibu veggie, cuz that's how I roll, it was amazing, great fries too, and the owner and staff were really nice & friendly, so even if you're not a local, you check it out.

This place is the bomb!! After a long days hike, stopped here for a burger and a shake,...off the hook! Hand scooped ice cream shakes, burgers to die for, and killer onion rings. You cant go wrong with this place. Nice atmosphere, friendly service. If you find yourself in Auburn CA., definitely look this place up.

This place is amazing. Inexpensive burgers that you can customize is so many ways. The food comes out perfectly cooked, hot and fast. They also have a few beers on tap that are affordable and rotate. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There is also a quaint like 50's vibe to the place that makes you want to stay and hangout.

Among my favorite places up the hill, Local Heroes has the best burgers in Auburn, bar none. Friendly staff, great food, decent prices. Outstanding!

Love coming here when I make it out to Auburn, one of the few places in town that has me coming back. The burger sauce and the pickle round everything out and the fries are delicious.

Not from the area, stopped by on a whim. The menu here is pretty focused, so don't expect to order much beyond a burger, fries, and a drink. They're very good, though.One of the best Mushroom Swiss burgers I've ever had.

I've eaten here three times now, and each time has been amazing. The burgers are good, and the price is right. The layout of the restaurant is very nice as well, and the staff has always been friendly.

Was driving through the Auburn area and wanted something local - glad I chose Local Heroes! All of our food was fresh, the people were personable, and we left with our bellies full!! Would definitely come again, and recommend to others!
